Northlands Park

Northlands Park in Edmonton is a racetrack for harness racing. It was originally opened in 1990, is the home of the Canadian Derby and has slot machines.

The track is a left-handed oval of 5/8 miles, and composed of sand and clay. Its stretch length is 527 feet, and the most common distances are 6 furlong, 6.5 furlong, 1 mile, 11/16 mile.

The venue has three dinning areas on the second floor, and over 500 slot machines on the main floor.
