V86 is a popular Swedish betting form for trotting, with the races on Wednesdays. To win you must pick the 6,7 or 8 winning horses.

Except for the summer, V86 is run on two different racetracks. There are four tracks that share the races. Solvalla always have races, and the other racetrack is either Åby, Jägersro or Bergsåker.

If no one picks all the winners or the payout on 7 or 6 winners is below 15 SEK, the winning pot (for e.g. 6 winners) is transferred to the next Wednesday and the added to the winning pot for 8 winners.

If your horse is a non-runner, you will get a reserve horse instead. Either automatically or you could chose it.
