Limerick Racecourse

Limerick Racecourse in Limerick was opened in 2001, as the first purpose built racecourse in Ireland in over 50 years. It stages both flat races and national hunt. The racecourse is a right-handed oval track of about one mile and three furlongs.

You can get to the racecourse by bus from Colbert Station in Limerick on all race days, for the price of €5.50 per person. There are both bars and restaurants in the Hugh McMahon Stand if you feel hungry or thirsty.
